Information you choose to share

The project-brief form prepares a message in your own email application. It does not submit your details to this website. If you send an email or book a consultation, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested work.

Website preferences and hosting

Your color-theme preference is stored locally in your browser. The hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. We measure visits with OpenAnalytics, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool that reports aggregate traffic only and does not build cross-site profiles. This version does not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers.

External services

Consultation booking opens Microsoft’s booking service. Links to LinkedIn, Substack, and our ventures take you to separate websites with their own privacy practices. Archived market reports may load chart libraries and fonts from external providers.

Purchases

When you buy a digital product, Stripe processes the payment and collects your email address, card details, and billing address. Stripe Tax uses the billing address to calculate any sales tax, VAT, or GST. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.

Our order records keep the product, the price, and Stripe’s payment references. They do not store your email address, billing address, or card details. To deliver your order, we read the email address from Stripe and send the download link from support@delta3coretec.com through Microsoft 365. Stripe and Microsoft handle this information under their own privacy terms. We keep order records for as long as accounting, tax, and refund obligations require.

Please keep initial inquiries to a general project overview. Confidential technical information should be shared only after appropriate engagement and confidentiality arrangements are in place.
