Palash Gangopadhyay founded Delta3CoreTec to help teams bridge the gap between promising materials and commercially viable processes. His work draws on more than 25 years in advanced materials research, technology development, and manufacturing scale-up across 11 critical minerals startups.

As a former Chief Technology Officer at Urbix, he worked on graphite anode technology and non-Chinese supply-chain development. His experience includes process flowsheet development, pilot operations, quality systems, lithium-ion battery development and testing, and the technical work needed to support investment and funding decisions.
