Black mass recycling: India
For a materials recycling startup in India, we developed a digital process twin of the recycling circuit. Sensitivity analysis identified operating variables that affected recovery and energy demand, supporting flowsheet optimization and the client's evaluation of commercial scale-up.
Anode QA/QC laboratory: North America
For a North American natural graphite anode manufacturer, we provided guidance on laboratory design, equipment selection, and testing protocols. The work covered material characterization and electrochemical performance, supporting commissioning of a QA/QC laboratory and the product qualification process.
