The information on this website provides general context about our services and technical subject areas. It is not a substitute for project-specific engineering, investment, tax, or legal advice. A consulting engagement is established through a separate written agreement.

Historical reports

Market reports are dated publications. Prices, assumptions, sources, and commentary reflect the period stated in each report and should not be treated as current market information. Third-party data remains subject to its owners’ rights and licensing terms.

Content and intellectual property

Original website content and brand assets belong to Delta 3 Core Tech LLC or their respective rights holders. Access to a report does not grant a right to resell its content or underlying data. Contact us if you wish to reproduce or license material.

Paid digital products

The store sells downloadable PDF guides and bundles of them. Each listing states what the download contains. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Stripe calculates any sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout from your billing address and shows it before you pay. We sell to buyers in any country.

Payment and delivery

Stripe processes payment. After Stripe confirms it, we email a download link to the address you entered at checkout, from support@delta3coretec.com. The link works for 30 days, and each visit creates a fresh download. If the link expires or the email does not arrive, contact support@delta3coretec.com with your Stripe receipt.

Refunds

Downloads are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. If a file is faulty, does not match its description, or never reaches you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full. A refund or a card dispute ends access to the download. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you agree that we supply the file immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to withdraw once the download begins. This does not affect any other rights you have under the law where you live.

License for purchased files

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the file. You may copy and adapt the prompts and templates inside it for your own use, including at work. You may not resell, share, or republish the file or substantial parts of it. The license is also printed inside each file.
